the other day i stumbled across this amazing vintage bag.

on the spot i decided it was time to reward myself for all my hard work.

i am absolutely in love with this bag, it's so beautiful and just amazing.

it has two big compartments on the inside and the black and gold is just so fabulous.

it always has space for more items.

i'm just so into this bag.

it's summer time and time for beautiful vintage dresses.

today saw the first album dedicated only to dresses.

hopefully we get some more beautiful weather so we can wear these beauties!

all of these amazing dresses are R60 each.

vintage should not cost as much as Mr Price does, it is second hand after all!

s is for stock

i know i've been super quiet on the stock front for the last while, but it's only because i have been so super busy!

but from now on i will be more active in uploading stock.

it's my christmas gift to you, uploading more stock and being bigger and better for your benefit and cheap for your pocket!

because lets face it, we all love shopping, but we don't want things to cost a fortune.

and that's where i come in, great deals and great fashion!

i apologize for being so quiet, but work and all the markets have been keeping me super busy!

but please do note, when you are ordering today:

•  if you are ordering via mail - items have to be paid for by friday morning so they will be secured and be mailed on monday. (this means i won't take it to the market, it is all yours)

postage will be charged at the weight of the parcel, so just bear with me, i'll weigh it and give you the price.

•  if you are planning on collecting at one of the markets this weekend, please just make arrangements with me, and collect as early as possible at the markets.

the reason for this is, that i do not have space to keep stock aside, sad but true.

•  if you do not get back to me, items will be sold at the markets.

•  remember there are two markets this weekend!

1.  ymewk this friday night from 5 - 10, i will be there and setting up from 3, so you can collect from then onwards.

2. the city bowl fashion market on hope street - the market opens at 9 and runs till 2, i am there from 7 setting up so you can collect from then onwards.

i always admire her for looking so fabulous and juggling being a mom.

as most of you know, vintage mondays are a huge trend here at the moment.

for the last two mondays i missed out, as i was super busy.

it's time to get back into the swing of things and post my monday outfits.

the other day whilst out sourcing, i came across this beautiful vintage photograph of a little girl.

when i saw it i just fell in love.

it is just so sweet, cute and beautiful.

a perfect little moment captured in time.

i have a soft spot for vintage photos whenever i come across them, i end up buying them.

i love her blue dress, and the colours on the photo, it is just so innocent and beautiful.

i'll be sharing some more of my finds with you in the future.

now to find a place to hang this little treasure... ♥

m is for magazine, teenvogue

i know i'm not a teenager anymore, but one of my guilty pleasures is teenvogue.

it's my sunday morning reading with my breakfast.

or when i just need inspiration i pick it up.

i can really never get enough of this amazing magazine.

everything is so fun, funky and fresh.

it's such an inspiration.

the photographs and the fashion is always so amazing.

visually it always just blows my mind, and they inspire me with amazing looks and outfits and what to shop for.

my eyes and imagination fell in love with it.

every issue is better than the previous one.

the readers have amazing style and they embrace vintage as a way of life.

do yourself a favour and the next time you are in a book shop grab yourself a copy of teenvogue.

it's worth every cent!

i have been toying with the idea of talking some shots of looks and things i love that people are wearing.

i'm still a little bit shy when it comes to asking someone for a photo.

i think it'll take a little bit of time, but i will get into it and get to ask you guys if i can take some photos.

so if i do, please don't think i'm a stalker or crazy, i just want to share your amazing style!

i saw this pair of very cute sandals and socks walking towards me on friday night at the market.

i absolutely loved it!

i thought the girl wearing them looked just amazing!

you need just the right amount of confidence and fashion sense to be able to pull this off.

i was a bit shy to ask her for a photo of her feet, so i sneakily took a few pics.

i also loved her friend's tapestry flowered shoes.

very very cute, i think i saw them in mr price?

i might be wrong.

but damn these girls can work their shoes!

i think for those in between days this is a look that i will try out!

it's very cute and it just makes your whole outfit pop.

why not wear some socks and sandals this weekend?

it's raining and not very warm, so it's perfect.

this is just one of the awesome looks i saw at the market.

y is for you & me & everyone we know market

usually at the market i'm so busy i hardly get time to take any photos.

but lately i'm trying to get into the habit of taking more photos and sharing my experiences.

i know not all of you guys are lucky enough to come to the market and experience the wonderful vibe there.

i took this one quick photo and i thought i just captured the market for me.

it's the bright lights when the sun sets, the bunting flapping in the wind, the neon sign of the labia, the beautiful sunset and night sky.

it's just amazing and unique.

i have come to really love this market in a very short time.
